Can I Shift My Competition Enrollment Fee to Another Competition with UNI Membership?

Entry fees cannot be transferred between competitions, with or without a membership.

No. An entry fee you have paid for one competition cannot be shifted to another, and a UNI Membership does not change that.

Paid entry fees

Competition entry fees are non-refundable once paid, and there is no credit, voucher or carry-over that turns an unused registration into payment for a different competition. That is the same on every membership tier.

If you registered for the wrong competition, or your plans changed, contact the UNI team with the competition name and the entry in question and ask. Changes like this are made by a person, case by case, so there is no guaranteed outcome. There is no self-serve control for it in your account.

Entries you never submit

An entry you never attach work to stays in your list as an empty entry. It is not judged, and it is not converted into anything you can use elsewhere. Nothing about it happens automatically.

The Detach work button on an entry card detaches your work from that entry. It does not cancel the registration and it does not refund the fee. Duplicate or unwanted competition entries explains exactly what Detach work, Archive and Restore each do.

Registrations made with a membership entry

Semester, Annual, Studio and Institutional memberships include a set number of competition entries per membership period. Registering with one spends it at that moment.

Because an included entry is spent at registration and cannot be moved afterwards, pick the competition you actually want before you register. Membership tiers and pricing lists how many entries each tier includes.

Membership fees are separate

Membership fees follow their own rules. Weekly and Monthly memberships are non-refundable. Semester, Annual, Studio and Institutional memberships are non-refundable after 30 days from purchase. The 7.5% payment gateway charge is non-refundable in every case. If you cancel a membership, entries registered under it are cancelled with it and you would have to register again.

Plan details are on the UNI Membership page.
