The building includes 102 rooms (apartments and studios), and a full 5-star service system: a restaurant, food court, spas, a swimming pool, and sports facilities. On the plot there is a parking, an amphitheater, swimming pools, a park and bungalows.
1La Demeure du Parc Upgrade of an existing hotel into a boutique hotel located in Fontainebleau, 45 minutes away from the south of Paris. A complete restoration of the historical building was carried on, with some parts dating from the 17th century, maximizing original features like wooden beams to retain the historic charm of the place.
