9THE LOOPSThis design proposes a continuous fluid space integrating and hovering over the existing topography, creates two separate systems facilitate the different functions of the building, ensures the safety and security of the medical zone while increase the interaction between visitors and koalas.
8Koala HavenThe design explores an architecture for the koala rather than only for people by investigating the variation of scales, materials, structures, and environments. The process of design not only pays attention to the massing relationship between koalas with buildings but also tries to explore the natural condition of the site and respect the original plants.
