13Circle of Memory the Green Era of the CommunityThe project aim to revitalize an abandoned railway urban space by bringing the community down to the tunnel through the concept of folding (ramp). The creation of the ramp aim to connect the city with the raiways and achive an experience with various unfolded "green" programes that embrace locals tourists and imigrants.
4Honorable MentionTHE TOWERTallinn is the perfect city to challenge the perception of the opera house as a sheltered and private venue and redefine it as a public art form. Public spaces are incorporated into the building to create a flexible community space within an opera house. Inspired by the imagery and iconography of a lighthouse, it is a beacon for the city.
