10HAPTIC PARKHAPTIC PARK is a place to experience water by engaging all senses, building both physical and emotional connections between people and water to foster an appreciation for water's beauty and essential role in creating hospitable living environments.

We divide the underground and upper-ground part of the building into five Spaces with different emotional atmospheres according to different stages of history, which are about historical grief and reflection as well as the prospect of the future.
