As an organization, what are the different modes of partnerships available with UNI?

The routes UNI offers organizations: competition sponsorship, listing or launching a competition, media partnership, Institutional Access, and the juror, curator and mentor roles.

UNI works with organizations in several ways, and each one is applied for on its own page. Pick the one that matches what you want to do.

Sponsor a competition

Sponsorship runs through the partnership programme at uni.xyz/about/business/partner. That page sorts partnerships into three tracks:

Competition sponsorship is published in four tiers. Supporter is $500, Accelerator is $1,500 and Champion is $5,000, each priced per sponsorship. Exclusive is an annual partnership priced on request. Selecting any of the first three opens the same partner application drawer as the "Become a Partner" button rather than a checkout — you submit the request and UNI agrees the competition and scope with you before payment. For Exclusive, or if you are not sure which fits, use the demo booking button near the bottom of the page.

List a competition you already run

List your competition on UNI publishes a competition you organise into the UNI competitions feed. Start at uni.xyz/about/business/list.

Listing is free. Promotional plans that feature the competition more prominently are optional and paid separately.

Launch a competition on UNI

Launch a competition on UNI is for organizations that want the whole competition to run here, from registration through jury evaluation to results. Start at uni.xyz/about/business/host.

Both routes use the same Competition Studio tooling, and both need a registered organization on UNI. You create the organization from your account with the registered business name, a short bio, website, email address and logo. UNI verifies an organization once, and after that you can publish further competitions yourself.

Become a media partner

A competition page can carry a Partners section with a Media group listing the organizations that covered it. There is no self-serve application for this. Listing as a media partner explains how it is arranged.

Institutional Access

Institutional Access is the route for schools and universities bringing students and faculty onto UNI as a group. See uni.xyz/about/designers/institutional-access.

Roles people at your organization can take

These are individual roles rather than organizational agreements. People apply in their own name.

Publishing on UNI

You can publish articles, press releases, project stories and interviews as Journals. Sign in and start one at uni.xyz/journals/create. Journals are published under a person's account rather than under an organization.
