Contact the UNI team. Some competitions list an external organizer on their page, but UNI does not publish an organizer inbox, so there is nothing separate to track down.
Message the team
The fastest route is a direct conversation with the team.
- Open the UNI assistant using the button in the bottom right of any page.
- Go to the Messages tab.
- Use UNI Support, the entry labelled Message a human.
That opens a conversation thread. If you are already chatting with the assistant and it cannot resolve your question, it offers Talk to a human, which opens the same thread.
Messaging the team is free and is not gated by membership. Any signed-in account can do it, on any plan.
Your conversations live in Messages, at uni.xyz/profile/edit/{your-username}/messages, so you can follow up there and read replies.
A person reads and answers these. They are not processed automatically, so allow time for a reply rather than resending.
Other routes
Email contact@uni.xyz.
Product feedback sent through the assistant is filed as feedback rather than as a support request, and it does not get a reply. If you need an answer, use Messages.
Whichever route you use, include the competition name and your entry details so it can be answered without a round trip.
What you can check yourself first
Much of what gets asked is already on the platform.
- The competition's rules, eligibility, brief, awards, jury, partners, pricing and full schedule are on the competition page at uni.xyz/competitions/{slug}.
- The review status of each of your entries is on your competitions page at uni.xyz/profile/edit/{your-username}/competitions, and the detail for one entry is on its Analytics page.
- When the next phase goes live is on the competition's schedule.
The assistant can read all of this and answer it directly, and it will connect you to a person if it cannot.
