Certificates are issued per entry, on demand. You generate yours from the entry Analytics page once the competition reaches the right stage.
Why do I keep getting emails about a competition I only looked at?
Entry fees are set per competition and shown on its Awards & Fees tab. On dynamic competitions the fee rises with the number of entries received, and a 7.5% gateway charge is added at checkout.
Competition prizes are set per competition and claimed through the award closure form. Payouts go by bank transfer, PayPal or UPI, and you can track the claim in your account settings.
Competition questions go to the UNI team. Messaging them is free on any plan, and there is no separate organizer inbox published on the platform.
Will the practice scores I left in the demo competition stay, and does anyone else see them?
The competition page is the brief. Use the Print Brief button to open a print preview and save it as a PDF from your browser.
Your entry is listed publicly once it is approved and its attached work is published. Other people's entries appear once the competition passes its shortlist date.

Your entry appears on your competitions page as soon as registration goes through. Received and Under Review are the same normal starting state.
