Getting to your juror dashboard

Where do I find my juror dashboard, and how do I open the evaluation panel for a competition I am judging?

Your juror dashboard sits inside the evaluation panel, and there are two doors into it: uni.xyz/evaluations/, or the panel link in the jury email and in your notification bell. Both open the same panel. Sign in first, using the account the assignment was made against, because the panel is drawn from that account and nothing else.

The route to your dashboard

Animated path to the juror dashboard: the Evaluations page, the competition assignment card, Continue Evaluating, and the dashboard that opens

Evaluations used to live inside the profile editor; it is its own app now.

  1. Go to uni.xyz/evaluations/ directly. It is not under your profile editor anymore.
  2. The page lists one card per competition you are judging, with the entry count and the date scoring closes on each.
  3. Select the button on the card. Depending on where that competition has got to it reads Continue Evaluating, Start Practice, View Evaluations or View Analytics. It opens the evaluation panel for that competition, at uni.xyz/evaluations/ followed by the competition's number.

The link in your jury email and the matching notification go straight to step 3 and skip the list.

The screenshot above still shows the old path through the profile editor; the destination and the panel itself are unchanged, only how you get there.

What the panel holds

The panel's left sidebar carries these items:

Each competition you judge has its own panel. There is no combined view across competitions, so switch between them from uni.xyz/evaluations/.

An empty dashboard means no assignment, not a broken page

uni.xyz/evaluations/ opens for any signed-in member, whether or not they judge anything -- it is no longer a sidebar entry that only appears once you are checked against a live jury assignment. What tells you whether you actually have one is what the page shows: a card per competition you are judging, or, if you have none, a message saying you are not assigned as a juror yet.

If the page opens with nothing real on it (the Demo card does not count -- see below), you have not been added to a competition's evaluation round yet. That is a specific step somebody has to take for you, and your juror dashboard is empty sets out what to ask for and who to ask.

The Demo card is not one of your competitions

A card titled Demo: Architecture Design Challenge appears on uni.xyz/evaluations/ for everyone who opens it, whether or not they judge anything. It is a practice panel. If it is the only card you can see, you have no live assignment. The demo competition explains why it is there.
