Once your award closure reaches Verified or Disbursed you cannot change it yourself. The control on the payout page changes from Edit to View, the form opens read only, and the server refuses an update even if you reach the form another way: "Cannot edit an award closure that has been verified or disbursed."
If the bank details on a verified closure are wrong, ask the team to reopen it. Staff can move a closure back to Submitted or Rejected, and that is what makes it editable again. There is no self-service route and nothing on the page says so, so open the support widget, name the competition the award was for, and say what is wrong.

Rejected is the state people misread. It is not a lost award. It is the state where you are meant to correct something and submit again, and the reason is shown on the card.
Check the details before it is verified, not after
The closure holds your name and contact details, your country, a postal address, the payment method you chose and the details that go with it, and any documents that particular award asked for. Verification is the last point at which you can correct any of it.
Blank payment fields are filled in from the payout details already saved on your account. If those are out of date, the closure quietly inherits the out of date version, so read every field rather than assuming the form knows.
The postal address on the closure is the one used for anything sent physically. It is not taken from the addresses in your account settings.
A closure cannot be deleted
Deletion is refused outright: "Award closures cannot be deleted." If you opened one by mistake, leave it. A closure sitting at Pending does nothing until you submit it.
