Payment receipts and transaction history

After a successful payment on UNI you get a confirmation email automatically, sent to the address on your account.

Every completed payment lands in your transaction history, and you get a confirmation email at the address on your account.

Find a payment

  1. Go to uni.xyz/payment/transaction/history.
  2. Use the search box to search by transaction ID or product name, or narrow the list with the date range filter.
  3. Open the transaction to see its full details.

The detail page breaks the payment down into Items Purchased, Additional Charges, Discounts and Total, so you can see exactly what the 7.5% gateway charge added.

Payments that are still processing appear separately at uni.xyz/payment/transaction/pending.

Save a receipt

On the transaction detail page, select Download Receipt. This opens a printable receipt in a new window and your browser's print dialog, where you can save it as a PDF. The receipt carries a QR code that links back to the transaction record.

Emails you should have received

If you cannot find a payment

Check these in order:

  1. Confirm the payment completed. If it did, the thing you paid for is active: a membership shows on your profile, a competition entry appears under your entries.
  2. Check the spam and promotions folders of the email address on your account.
  3. Make sure you are signed in with the account that made the payment. Payments belong to the account that made them.

If the payment clearly succeeded but there is no record and no email, email contact@uni.xyz or ask to open a conversation with the UNI team. Include the date, the exact amount, and what you were paying for.

Receipts with billing details on them

The downloadable receipt shows what you bought and what you paid. It is not a tax invoice and there is no self-serve way to add a company name, a billing address or a tax number to it.

If you need a document with those details for reimbursement, ask the UNI team and say exactly what the document has to show.
