Open uni.xyz/profile/explore. It is a directory you can sort and page through, which is the thing site search cannot do: search finds a person you can already name, and Explore is for finding people you cannot.
Browsing lists ranked members only
The directory shows members who have passed the same threshold that earns a rank badge, 20 base points. Anyone below it is absent from every sort, not because they are hidden but because there is nothing to order them by. Staff accounts are left out as well.
Searching from that page drops the condition. A member with no rank can be found by name even though they will never appear while you browse, so an empty browse result and an empty search result mean different things.
The six sorts
Trending, Highest Score, Most Followed, Most Projects, Newest and Most Awards.
Trending is movement, not growth. It ranks members by the distance between their highest and their lowest profile score over the last twelve months. A score that fell a long way ranks alongside one that rose the same distance, so read the tab as recently changing rather than rising.

Signed out, you get one page
An anonymous visitor sees the first 24 profiles. Asking for more shows "Sign in to discover more profiles" instead of loading them. Sign in and the list pages normally, 24 at a time.
It sorts, it does not filter
There is no filter by place, skill, profession or language on this page. Category shortcuts exist for jurors, verified members and award winners, and beyond those the only way to narrow the list is the sort you pick. If your own profile is not there
Check your base score. Below 20 base points you carry no rank and do not appear while anyone browses, though you are still findable by name and your profile page works normally.
