A topic's content tabs have very few controls. There is no search and no filter on any of them. Only the Projects tab has a sort control, with two chips: Latest and Most liked. Competitions, Journals and Publications are each a plain list that loads more as you scroll.
What to use instead
- Go to the main feed for that kind of work. The Projects feed, the Journals feed, the Publications feed and the Competitions feed all carry sorting and filters, and every one of them can be narrowed to a discipline, which is the same thing a topic is. That is the route to "the newest architecture projects" or "competitions closing soon".
- Use search when you are after something specific rather than browsing.
- Read the counts in the topic header first, to see which tabs have anything in them at all. Each count is a link that opens its tab.
The order you get
Every tab lists newest first. On Projects, Latest is the default, and Most liked puts the most-liked projects first, with newer ones ahead of older ones when likes are equal. Journals, Publications and Competitions have no sort control, so newest first is the only order they come in.
What a tab leaves out
A topic tab lists only work a visitor could open. Private projects, deleted projects, unlisted journals, journals and publications still in draft, and competitions that are not public do not appear, and the counts in the topic header leave them out too. Work from an account that has been banned, deactivated or restricted by the UNI team also does not appear.
Work you have just published may not be there yet
Every topic tab is held for 15 minutes on the server. Something you published a moment ago can take that long to appear under its topic, and a discipline you have just removed can linger for the same stretch. Reloading the page does not shorten it.
