No. UNI has never issued a cryptocurrency token, a coin, or an NFT. Anything of that kind using the UNI name is not ours, however official it looks.
There is no crypto anywhere in the product
UNI has no token, no wallet connection, no on-chain feature, and no crypto payment option. Every payment on the platform runs through ordinary card and bank payment gateways, and every payout to a winner or creator goes out by bank transfer or PayPal. Nothing you do on UNI will ever require a wallet.
What we will never ask you to do
- Connect a crypto wallet to your account.
- Buy, hold, stake, or transfer a token to join UNI, enter a competition, unlock a feature, or claim a prize.
- Send funds to a wallet address for a membership, an entry fee, or anything else.
- Take part in an airdrop, presale, whitelist, or token sale run in our name.
- Pay a fee before we release prize money or a payout.
If a message, site, or account claiming to be UNI asks for any of these, it is not us. Do not do it, and do not connect a wallet to check.
uni.xyz is the only site we run
The platform lives at uni.xyz. A site on a similar but different domain, one that adds, removes, or rearranges characters around "uni", is not ours even when it copies our name, logo, and colours. Sign in only at uni.xyz, and when you want to reach us, type the address yourself rather than following a link somebody sent you.
"UNI" is also a common word, and unrelated crypto projects use it. We have no partnership, licence, or affiliation with any of them.
Report one to us
- Select the chat launcher in the bottom right corner of any page.
- Go to the Messages tab.
- Select UNI Support, the pinned row labelled Message a human.
- Send the domain names, links, and screenshots you saw.
You can also write to contact@uni.xyz. If a site or account is using the UNI name or logo as its own brand, the Trademark policy sets out what a formal notice needs to contain.
If you already interacted with one
Assume anything you sent is gone. A crypto transfer cannot be reversed by us or by anyone else. Disconnect the wallet from the site, and if you entered your UNI password on it, change your password straight away, and change it anywhere else you reused it. Then tell us what happened so the team can check your account.
