The order cannot be changed by hand. Collaborators on a project are listed in the order they were added to the team, and that order is fixed by when each invite was sent, not by anything you can drag or reassign.
The order is set by when someone joined the team, not by role
Every collaborator on a project belongs to that project's team, and each team member record is timestamped the moment they are added. The credits list reads out in that order: whoever was added first appears first, whoever was added most recently appears last.
A collaborator's position (Super Admin, Admin, Manager, or Team Member) and any role tags attached to them, such as Architect or Designer, describe what they do on the project. Neither affects where they sit in the list. Promoting someone to Super Admin does not move them up, and being a Team Member does not push them down.
The person who created the project is first because they were added first
When a project is created, its owner is added to the team automatically, before anyone else. That is why the creator is almost always first: they hold the earliest timestamp on the team, not because the platform pins an "author" position specially.
An invite locks in its place the moment it is sent, not when it is accepted
Inviting a collaborator creates their team slot right away. If they take a few days to accept, they still keep the position their invite earned them: order runs on invite time, not acceptance time. Until they accept, though, they do not appear in the public credits at all. The only way to change a collaborator's position in the list
Remove them and invite them again. Removing a collaborator deletes their team record entirely, and re-inviting creates a new one with a fresh timestamp, so they rejoin at the end. There is no way to reorder collaborators without doing this, and no way to place someone ahead of the project's creator either, since a new invite always lands after everyone already on the team.
