Rather than focusing on micro-rewrites that would only attempt to alleviate Connaught Place?s urban issues, the proposal creates a mega-rewrite. Micro-rewrites would only operate as handiwork. Through this mega-rewrite, Connaught Place will be demolished and rebuilt: a TABULA RASA.
