The main idea of human library is to heal through expression.. either by talking about it or writing it down.. lately this pandemic has affected a lot of us, not just physically but also mentally and its very important that people start giving importance to mental health issues , this library will help a group of unknown people to come together and help them reduce their mental stress., by sharing their problems or by talking about (happy emotion).
