when the permissible height is mentioned as 7 meters, does it mean the permissible height is 7 meters from ground at that particular point right be it from highest contour or lowest contour?
Hello Tosha, Yes, 7 meters is the maximum height of the intervention from any point on the site.
Hey, I had a query regarding the Bookmark 2.0 competition. In the area programme section it is mentioned that any other addition to the facility can be done within the constraints. Which constraints are we taking about here? It also states that the dimensions of the facility will not exceed 20m x 20m. Is this "other facility"a part of the area mentioned or is an entirely separate entity? The area programme is a little unclear. Can you please help clear What is the facility you've mentioned and what is the relevance of the area mentioned? Thankyou.
Hello, In the Bookmark 2.0 competition, the aim is to build a learning facility in a rural context. The area programme in the brief enlists some activities that can promote learning such as library, reading rooms and so on. Additional spaces for seating, eating, and gatherings must be incorporated for efficient functioning of the facility. The size of the entire facility must not exceed the the 20m x 20m buildable area. So, the library spaces as well as any other additional activities must be proposed within the 400 sq.m area limit. Outdoor activities can be placed outside the 400 sq.m facility area. Hope this resolves your query. Good Luck!
