Apeksha Gupta
Founder, The Right Brained, India
Founder and Creative Director. I have been associated with leading designers and young corporates for more than 8 years. After several internships, full-time jobs, team-lead roles and being a design consultant for some iconic brands, I setup The Right Brained. So far we've successfully designed and executed for over 45 Brands, 15 packaging projects, more than 7 websites and we don't aim to stop. Promoting a human oriented work culture where we are there for each other for creative debate or emotional support, we have fostered meaningful relations with our team and clients. We go out of our way to becoming catalysts to their growth by will and the quality of work is not driven or dictated by the design fee. This energy at the Right Brained has taken our design story way beyond commissioned work.
Siddharth Kalra
Creative Director, Dreamjar Studios, India
Siddharth is the Founder and Creative Director at Dreamjar Studios, an award-winning design studio that was set up in New Delhi, India in 2015, and later extended to Adelaide, Australia in 2018. In a brief but heavy career span of nine years, Siddharth has beautifully managed to take global brands to new horizons, as well as given a powerful identity to new businesses - both big and small. He has almost magically turned companies into brands, winning both hearts and awards. Today, Dreamjar is known for bringing in new ideas and possibilities for brands, organizations & people, using the power of design and visual communication. The design studio has won major accolades, including the Golden Brush Award 2014, AFAQS Foxglove GOLD and India's Best Design Award for two straights years (2018 & 2019). Siddharth strongly believes in going beyond brands to design for change, working hand in hand with local organisations and governments to bring societal revolution and community development at the grassroot level in the sector of waste management, family planning and accessible healthcare.
