When it says "Ground Coverage: 30%" does that mean that is the maximum percentage of the site area the structure can make up?

0

Hello, The ground coverage is the maximum area of the site that the built structure CAN cover. It denotes that ground coverage cannot exceed 30% of the given site area (i.e. it can be equal to 30% or even less than 30%). Good luck!

Hello! What does the maximum build-up area mean?

0

Hello, Maximum build-up area refers to the total area your intervention will occupy. This is calculated as per the FAR (Floor area ratio) - which in this case is 1.

And another question will be - is it possible to make the 10 meters height not fixed? For example, if a concept implies a flexible roof, where the height doesn’t remain constant but flexible and can be higher than 10 meters at certain period of times, depending on events?

Hello Gamid, Greetings! We recommend limiting the height to 10m as per the brief. However, in a scenario of a flexible roof make sure the height doesn't go beyond 20% of the given height (10m). On failure to adhere, the entry will be penalized as per our disqualification policy.

I want to register for the competition with the $150 round, but every time I click on the register button, they show me the $51 round only, so how do I solve the problem?
