Hello, I have a question for the competition. Will the current sports fields be left ? The sports fields are adjacent to the development site, and according to the regulations the distance from the residential function between the sports fields should be 50 m. According to the regulations, there is no possibility to place a residential function.

Hello Miriam, The present regulations/land use of the region or adjacent plots can be overlooked as it is a conceptual competition. Good luck! :)
