1Craft Center of Traditional Japanese ArtThe concept of the building is made of a historical bottom and a ductile top. The bottom part is a rectangular structure, inspired after most Japanese monasteries, while the top of the building is designed to look like a writhing snake. Is the projected separated from the city by a moat.
