A New Paradigm for Coworking Spaces

The design of Ground Work Space transcends the expectations of a typical corporate office. INTG envisioned the space as a rejuvenating and inspiring environment that engages all senses. Rather than enforcing rigid layouts, the project encourages free movement, spontaneous interaction, and focused contemplation through its fluid spatial design and multilevel zoning strategy.

The atmosphere is cultivated through a harmonious palette of vibrant colors, lush indoor greenery, and custom furnishings, which together foster a deep sense of comfort and creativity. Each element—from the textures of the fabrics to the lighting and acoustics—has been meticulously selected to create an inviting and productive ambiance.

Functional Zoning Across Three Levels

To cater to a diverse range of working styles and needs, INTG organized the interior across three distinct levels, each tailored to specific functions:

1. Book Lounge (Ground Level):

Upon entering, visitors are greeted with an open lounge space designed for casual conversations and quick breaks. Relaxed seating arrangements and small tables make this zone ideal for informal chats or solo reading sessions.

2. Media Lounge

A semi-elevated platform houses the media lounge, a versatile presentation area equipped with audio-visual technology and movable seating. This space is perfect for internal presentations, workshops, and collaborative content creation.

3. Meeting Lounge

Further elevated is the meeting lounge, featuring modular furniture and enclosed meeting rooms. Designed for brainstorming, team meetings, and dynamic group work, this zone maximizes flexibility and interaction. The vibrant colors and playful configurations spark ideation and team synergy.

Custom Furniture and Interior Detailing

Throughout the project, INTG implemented bespoke furniture designs that complement the architectural narrative. From the soft curves of lounge chairs to the tactile appeal of the materials used, every detail contributes to a cohesive spatial identity.

Additionally, the integration of natural light, sustainable finishes, and biophilic elements supports mental wellness and physical comfort, turning the workplace into a sanctuary for innovation.
