Design Philosophy

Embracing the Elements

The villa's design is deeply rooted in the understanding of local climatic conditions, such as prevailing winds, sunlight, and rainfall patterns. This meticulous consideration ensures the villa not only sits gracefully within its landscape but also leverages these conditions to optimize natural ventilation, lighting, and thermal comfort, minimizing the reliance on artificial cooling and lighting.

A Tale of Two Entities

The villa comprises two distinct parts: the living spaces, which are naturally ventilated and open to the lush garden, and the "climate-controlled" private spaces, insulated with sustainable materials like rice husks. This thoughtful division allows for an energy-efficient yet comfortable living environment, adaptable to the varying needs of relaxation and privacy.

The villa's layout, forming a "T" shape, strategically separates public and private spaces while maximizing garden views and outdoor living opportunities.
