On the ground floor, the design accommodates functional living with a formal living room, dining area, pantry, parking, and a patio featuring a swimming pool, integrating indoor-outdoor experiences. The first floor focuses on family-centric living, including a family dining and coffee bar area, dual kitchens, a TV room, and a spacious walk-in closet tailored for the homeowner.
