Fabio Cibinel

Fabio Cibinel is a member of the architecture and design studio modostudio. Born in Rome in December 1966. In 2006 he founded the modostudio office together with Giorgio Martocchia and Roberto Laurenti. modostudio | cibinel laurenti martocchia architetti associati, located in Rome, is a multidisciplinary practice of architecture, urban planning and landscape design. Profiting from the diversified skills of the founding partners and the continual collaboration with experts from various fields, modostudio combines architectural theory, research, innovation and experimentation with high technical knowledge and professionalism. Established at the end of 2006 by three principal architects, Fabio Cibinel, Roberto Laurenti, and Giorgio Martocchia, after many years of collaborating with internationally acclaimed architects modostudio was awarded and shortlisted in many international architectural competitions. Along the years the office completed research and cultural buildings, industrial headquarters, office workplaces, residential buildings and landscaping.. Actually is ongoing the design for the Sewoonsangga restructuring citywalk project in Seoul (KR) and the new 950 seats theater and urban park of Piazza d'Armi site in L'Aquila (IT). Modostudio works have been published in a wide range of specialist literature and exhibited in the Italian Pavillion at 13th and 16th Architecture Biennale (2012, 2018) in Venice and at Shanghai Expo 2010.
