Seyhan Ozdemir Sarper

Seyhan ÖZDEMİR SARPER Born in İstanbul, in year 1975. Graduated from Mimar Sinan Fine Arts University Architecture Faculty in year 1998 and together with Sefer Çağlar, they have established Autoban in year 2003. Autoban, being a multi-disciplinary design studio, carries on its empirical studies in architecture, interior design and product design fields, in a global scale. Autoban has been awarded, locally and globally, not only in a wide range of projects in London, Manchester, Zurich, Prague, Hong Kong, Maldives but also with their product designs, that are sold over 50 different locations across the world. ‘Best Young Designer’ in year 2004, by Wallpaper* magazine, Skytrax World Airport Awards – “World’s Best Business Class Airport Lounge”, Rot Design Award and Architizer Jury’s Special Award in airport category with Heydar Aliyev International Airport Project, as Yatch and Aviation Best Interior Design Award with Aquarius yatch design are only a few of these. As well taking place in non-profit organizations, Autoban, have represented Turkey, in London Design Biennale, in year 2016. Seyhan Özdemir Sarper, took part in remarkable design events such as iF Product Design Awards, WAF, APIDA as juror and guest speaker, in the hearts of creative industry.
