This report is a culmination of an evolving thesis that navigated through uncertainty, critique, and layered realities to arrive at a meaningful design intervention. It began with the idea of reviving a ghost village in Uttarakhand, but as research deepened, the focus shifted to an unseen urban frontier—Chennai’s waste infrastructure and the lives entangled within it.
