A post-war, automation utopia exploring the relationship between live, work, and play in centralized all-in-one community hubs. Multi-purpose community hubs can be developed globally, and connected by high-speed hyper-loop systems. Machine automation increases manual labour production, and human jobs focus on the service sector.

The Design proposal not only emphasizes on Architecture as manifestation of Culture and Art, but also addresses the challenges of Urban Regeneration and Economic Upliftment of the Artist communities through connections and surgical interventions in the Heritage Art Precinct.
