Comments as Your Organization Now Credit Correctly Everywhere
Comments posted on behalf of your organization were sometimes attributed to you personally instead. They now consistently credit the organization across the platform.
Hidden Profiles No Longer Appear in Search
Profiles hidden from public view could still show up in some list and search results. They are now properly excluded everywhere on the platform.
You'll Now Be Notified About More Account Activity
Dozens of account events that used to happen silently, including deadline changes, credit expirations, security alerts, and expiring team invitations, now send you an email so you are not caught off guard.
Push Notifications Restored After a Delivery Issue
Browser push notifications had stopped reaching subscribed users due to a delivery bug. They are now working normally again for comments, shortlist alerts, and results.
Organization Manage Pages Get All / Published / Drafts Tabs
Organization admins can now filter their manage pages by All, Published, or Drafts, matching the tabs already available on personal profiles.
Apply to Enroll Through Your Institution
You can now search for your school directly on the course enrollment page. If we don't have a partnership with your institution yet, submitting opens a partnership application instead of a dead end.
Read Course Books In-App, With a Table of Contents
Course set books now open right in the browser with a table of contents, collapsible chapter groups, and a resizable reading panel, so you no longer need to download the book or leave the course to read it.
Fixed a Bug That Could Clear a Journal's Organization
A bug in the journal creation flow could silently remove the organization tag from a journal; journals now keep their organization affiliation as expected.
Fixed Sorting Competitions by Entry Fee
Sorting competition listings by entry fee no longer throws an error, so browsing and filtering competitions works reliably again.
Login Now Verifies the Email You Actually Used
Signing in with a secondary email address is now checked correctly, closing a gap where only your primary email was being verified.
Competition Deadline Reminders Now Land With Better Timing
Reminder emails for upcoming competition deadlines were fixed so they actually go out with enough overlap before the deadline, instead of sometimes missing their window.
Courses Can Now Include a Set Book
Course creators can attach a required resource, like a set book, at the course level so it shows up for every enrolled student.
Certificates and Public Pages for Beegraphy University Partners
Beegraphy university partners now get generated certificates with their own public page, plus a staff view to manage the pipeline.
Publish Journals, Projects, and Publications as Your Organization
Organization admins can now create journals, projects, and publications directly from the organization page instead of only posting as an individual.
Meet Ask uni, Your AI Assistant
A built-in chat assistant can now guide you through submitting a project, look up your own awards and prizes, and connect you to a human teammate when it cannot help.
Partially Evaluated Entries, Now One Click Away
Jurors can now jump straight to entries they have started scoring but not finished, via a new Partially Evaluated view linked right from the dashboard stat tiles alongside Fully Evaluated and Unevaluated.
Manage Publications Page Shows Real Publication Cards
Your Manage Publications dashboard now displays actual publication cards instead of placeholder boxes, matching the look of your public publication pages.
Uploaded Videos Now Play in the Jury Gallery
Videos attached to competition entries now render correctly in the jury gallery during evaluation, and the Messaging tab has been renamed to Jury Room for clarity.
Topic Pages Get a Trend Sparkline
Topic pages now show a trend sparkline in the hero and a redesigned explore card, making it easier to see which topics are gaining traction at a glance.
Organization Pages Get Journals & Publications Tabs
Organization public pages now have dedicated tabs for browsing an org's journals and publications, a richer hero for job and service listings, and clearer loading states. Feed cards also show a small badge when content is posted by an organization.
Fixed an Error Opening Some Publication Pages
A backend query conflict was causing some publication detail pages to fail to load. This is now fixed.
Post Discussions and Publications as Your Organization
You can now publish discussion posts and publications under your organization, not just yourself, with a byline that credits both you and the org. Comments and journals already supported this.
Fixes to Journals, Entries, Checkouts, and Explore
Opening a published journal to view it no longer silently marks it as edited, rejected embeds now explain why, abandoned checkouts show as "Not completed" instead of a false failed badge, withdrawn competition entries properly free up your membership slot, and the Explore Disciplines section no longer misses categories like Interior Design.
AI Assistant Gives More Accurate Competition Advice
uni's chat assistant was miscalculating prize totals for dynamic competitions and missing later pages of competition briefs when advising members. It now reports accurate round-by-round prizes and reads the full brief before giving guidance.
Service Inquiries Get Reply Threads and Reviews
Members can now reply within an organization's service inquiry as an ongoing thread instead of a single message, and leave a review after using a service.
Topic Directories Get Sorting, Cleaner Art, and Better Accessibility
Topic pages can now be sorted A-Z, by most works, or trending, each topic gets more visually distinct cover and icon art, and screen readers now properly announce result counts and loading states.
Journals Can Now Show Their Organization Affiliation
When publishing a journal, authors can tag it with an affiliated organization — the org's logo now appears in the byline, journal card, and floating action bar, with a picker in the publish flow and a matching Manage Journals view for org admins.
Organization Profiles Get Structured About Sections and a Reputation Score
Organization pages now support structured About sections and display a reputation score, making it easier to evaluate an organization at a glance.
Styled Confirmation Dialogs for Deleting Content
Deleting your avatar, cover image, journals, or publications now shows a proper in-app confirmation instead of a plain browser popup, so it looks and feels like the rest of uni.xyz.
Claim Your Organization or Request Verification
If your organization was added to uni.xyz without an owner, you can now claim it with your work email. Owners and admins can also request the verified badge for their organization, reviewed by our team.
Institutional Access Page Corrected Entry Limits
The Institutional Access page said every tier includes 12 entries. It now correctly shows each tier's real allowance: Department 12, School 40, University 100.
New Topics Now Show Matching Content Right Away
Newly created topic pages used to sit empty until new content happened to mention them by chance. They now immediately pick up existing projects, journals, and publications that match.
Generated Documents Are Now Private
AI-generated proposals and certificates downloaded from chat were readable by anyone who guessed the link. They're now private, and the download links already in your chat history keep working.
Careers Job Board & Services Marketplace for Organizations
Organizations can now post job openings and list professional services right on their public page. Members apply to jobs with a portfolio pitch, or send service inquiries — with instant email and in-app notifications to the org's team either way.
Organization Pages Now Show a Full Content Preview
An organization's page now previews its projects, competitions, courses, careers openings, and services right on the main page — plus a stats card and an editable headquarters map for admins — instead of making visitors dig through tabs.
Feed Cards Show Award Badges and Better Covers
Cards in the unified feed now show award badges, sharper cover images, and video-first carousels.
Membership Refund Policy Corrected
Our Terms of Service said membership fees were generally non-refundable. They now correctly state the 30-day refund window that Support has always honoured for Semester, Annual, Studio, and Institutional memberships.
Better Avatar Fallbacks for Expired Photos
Profile photos imported from Google or other external accounts that later expire now fall back to your initials or default avatar instead of showing a blank circle. Notification avatars also now link to the right profile.
Report Organizations
You can now report an organization directly from its page. Previously there was no way to do this other than through the general contact form.
Fixed Project Feed Filters (Location, Organization, Author)
Filtering Trending and other project feeds by country, organization, or author showed the filter chip as active but quietly returned unfiltered results. All three now actually filter what you see.
Published/Drafts Tabs and Project Browsing Fixed
The Published and Drafts tabs on your profile only checked the first page of items, so content further down the list could be missing from its tab. Also fixed project feeds occasionally showing duplicates or skipping projects between pages.
Unread Count Badges for Messages and Notifications
The Messages and Notifications tabs in your profile sidebar now show a live unread count badge.
Transfer Project Ownership
Project owners can now formally hand off ownership to a teammate. The option has existed in the permissions screen for a while but silently did nothing until now.
Uploaded Cover Images Now Actually Become the Cover
Uploading a new project cover image added it to the end of the gallery instead of making it the cover photo. Also fixed misleading "version saved" messages appearing when nothing new was actually saved.
Fixed Several Dead Controls Across the Site
Reporting a user, muting a conversation, marking all notifications read, the notifications "Other" tab, unsaving a bookmarked publication, viewing deleted files in Trash, and creating your first team were all broken controls that now work.
Testimonial Photos No Longer Replace Your Profile Picture
Uploading a photo for an award testimonial was silently overwriting your account avatar. Also fixed: profile location not clearing when removed, a failed profile save that reported success, and visibility toggles on Experience/Education that didn't persist.
Deleting a Project Is Now Reversible
Deleting a project used to permanently erase it and its entire history immediately. It now retires the project instead — it disappears from every list the same way, but can be recovered if a teammate deletes it by mistake.
/about Now Goes to the About Page
The /about link was redirecting to the homepage instead of the About page it names.
Fixed Several Broken Links Across the Site
Cleaned up a batch of dead ends: footer links to pages that didn't exist, a blank Contact Sales form, "Get Started Free" pointing at sign-in instead of sign-up, and Careers Apply buttons that ignored which job you clicked.
Search Pagination and Application Forms Made More Reliable
Filtered project search returned an empty page past page 10 even when matches existed further down; that window now scales with how deep you page. Multi-step application forms (careers, juror, curator) could also submit early on an Enter keypress or lose everything on a stray click outside the panel — both are now safe.
