I would like to ask what exactly 30% ground coverage means. Does this mean the maximum area of land that can be occupied by buildings and other elements such as external stairs and pavements, and the rest should be allocated for biologically active areas. I want to make sure I understand the terms correctly, so 30% means 1202 square meters of 4007 square meters?
I have the same doubt as Z S: what includes 30% ground cover and what excludes?
