Ashish Kelkar

My philosophy is to get educated, research, and then plan for the people. These are the steps I always follow in my professional approach towards planning. In my 25 years of a long professional journey, I have served many planners and developers to get the best experiences. After my PG at the University of the West of England, I started my practice and conducted several projects and 10 research papers, out of which two are Scopus-indexed. My key research interests include smart cities and building information modeling. I am also a distinguished member of the international professional organizations such as the International Society for City and Regional Planners (ISOCARP), the International Sociological Association (ISA), and the European Consortium of Political Research (ECPR).
