Hi! We would like to know if the building space is limited to the area within the 3m setbacks or if it's the complete site. If the area is determined by the setbacks, can parts of the roof to go over the 3m setbacks area without trespassing the site boundaries?
Hello Daniel! The setbacks of 3m each are given to maintain a minimum open space required around any building or structure. This open space is necessary to ensure that the structure stays away from roads, water bodies or other buildings in its proximity. Participants are expected to design within those setbacks, however, parts of the roof can go over the 3m setbacks area without trespassing the site boundaries.
Hi! We were wondering, when are the results for the competition going to be announced? Thank you.
