Vimal Patel is an architect, urban designer based in Ahmedabad, India . He has worked on a wide range of residential, institutional, commercial, housing, hospitality and urban design projects in India and Australia. Vimal is the principal architect at UNSEEN architects (formerly known as 'a new dimension') which focuses on crafting meaningful built environment through integrated architecture, interior and landscape design. The studio follows a design methodology where identification and exploration of specific issues and potentials related to context, site and design brief is undertaken to create opportunities to impart a unique character to each project, embedded with its core values of design integrity, environmental sensitivity and energy efficiency 'unseen architects' has won various awards including world Architecture community awards (as a new dimension) in 2012.
