Does an account cost anything?
No. Creating an account is free, and it stays free. You only pay if you enter a competition that charges a fee, or if you choose a membership.
Are competitions free to enter?
Some are, most are not. Entry fees are set per competition and usually differ for students, professionals and institutions. Each competition page states its own fee before you commit to anything.
Do I need a membership to enter a competition?
No. Membership is optional. It is a separate subscription with its own benefits, and you can enter competitions without one.
What can I do with a free account?
Publish projects, write journals, publish research, save work into collections, and enter competitions. There are 6,125 projects published on uni so far.
Who judges the competitions?
Practising architects and designers, named on each competition page before you enter. 901 experts have sat on a uni jury.
What do I get if I win?
A certificate, publication of your entry, and a permanent record on your profile. 1,302 award certificates have been issued.
