9The City linkOur concept is to create a living structure which connect two part of city. organic shape of the bridge. The idea is not only about the form of the structure but also it is about the construction process of it. The methodology of the construction is 3d Printing Technology.
5"The City Link" Tordenskjoldsgade København BridgeThe concept of the new drawbridge is based on maximum usage comfort and tactful integration into the existing urban environment. The main opening span is 60 m long; side spans are 20 m long each. The central part is proposed as two identical L-shaped spans with built-in counterweights.
13Society as a renewable energyThe goal of the project was to create a bridge which would be able not only to connect two banks of a canal, but also unite people and allow them to act for the common good. The project involves creation of a bridge able to produce electricity when being used. By crossing the bridge, pedestrians and cyclists use their weight to press elements of the deck.
14Bubble LinkUnlike conventional bridges, the proposed bridge is composed of bubbles that enable organic movement when open for boats. The organic and metabolic nature of bubbles allows the bridge to grow in the future into a more vibrant public space. As a symbol on the river, the bubbles link all people and celebrate the natural landscape of Copenhagen.
8THE SIX GUARDIANSThe project, an ensemble of small scale public spaces, is comprised of eight delicate elements; two floating platforms in the middle and six green inverted octagonal pyramids, three on each side of the river.
