Jay Dertinger

Jay is a registered architect and Associate Partner at PJA Architects + Landscape Architects in Seattle, Washington where he has specialized in zoological planning and design for the past seventeen years. Jay has extensive and varied experience working with zoological parks, aquariums, wildlife sanctuaries and nature parks world-wide. His goal is to establish innovative trends in zoological planning and design and in the interpretation of nature and culture. He is LEED certified and committed to sustainable design initiatives and the latest building technologies and materials.
