The sustainable design of the house incorporates various strategies to address environmental aspects, cost and energy efficiency, the physical and mental well-being of the occupants while trying to accommodate a typical family's lifestyle.
20Honorable MentionCO-LIVING HOUSEThe residents of this house are six people from three different generations. They are three couples, aged 20, 40 and 60, respectively. They have known each other for a long time and feel like family to one another. On this basis, the first decision taken was for a building whereby everything is shared. There are no walls in the house.
24The collectionGoing beyond the function of solving the basic needs, we propose “indirect communication through exhibition” as an alternative to solving the problem of absent communication among family members in modern society. We also wanted to create a living space that would suit existing buildings by reflecting the urban context and designing of the selected area.

So we decided to change the elders' house into a dormitory for exchange-students outside the university. Sharing experiences and take care of each other under the same roof.
