The Fourth State

The Fourth State utilizes water in its well-known three states: solid, liquid, and gas, and even its newly discovered fourth state: plasma. In the future, humans have harnessed plasma in a way that it is malleable, buildable, and controllable. With this new technology utilizing plasma, we are able to create walls of water to stop coastline erosion.
