About
Kazumasa Takada (MArch, Architect MAA) and Yuriko Yagi (MArch, Architect MAA) are co-founder and lead architects of architectural design studio PAN- PROJECTS based in London & Copenhagen. Since co-founded in 2017 in Copenhagen, the duo has been actively engaging international projects developed based on multi-cultural inspirations. They dedicate their creation to celebrate the diversity of our living world, by conceiving architecture as an art of social fabrication. Their projects often play with multi-cultural inspirations to develop a new value for society. Paper Pavilion they designed for Copenhagen Art Fair is one of the examples when they combined Danish playful sustainable design philosophy with Japanese building traditions in order to expand a new sustainable design methodology. Their projects have been exhibited worldwide: recent exhibitions include Under-35 Architect Exhibition 2019 (2019, JP), 3 Days of Design (2019, DK), “We’re Renovating!” at Museum of architecture and Design – MAO (2019, SI) and Biennale Interieur (2018, BE).
