About
Lena Kleinheinz studied sculpture, architecture and architectural history at the art academies in Münster, Düsseldorf and Berlin and at the Bartlett in London. Lena started her professional career working as curator and designer of major international exhibitions. She was responsible for projects at the Swiss Expo and Danfoss Universe, an interactive science and technology park in Denmark. Lena founded magma architecture with Martin Ostermann. In addition to teaching at the TU Munich, Chalmers University in Gothenburg, Sweden, The University of Western Australia in Perth and the University of Sydney, Australia she has held a position as visiting professor at the University of Detmold.
