AMIDST THE TEMPEST - Re-purposing Defunct Offshore Rigs

Offshore construction is merely looked at as "conquests" - advancement of only the human ego, exploitation of the seas with no regard for its inhabitants. Considering the large number of defunct offshore rigs that exist, intent of this design is to serve as a prototype, enabling these infrastructures to better serve the seas while also benefiting humans.
