About
Rolando graduated with honours from Tec de Monterrey on 2017. He did exchange programs with UC Berkeley and the Boston Architectural College and interned under Landa Arquitectos in Monterrey and TAX / Alberto Kalach in Mexico City. In 2015 and 2017 he was awarded second place in the National Housing Student Competition by INFONAVIT. He participated as curatorial assistant for the Mexican Pavilion at the 2016 Venice Architecture Biennale and in 2017 he co-founds atelier uno together with Adrian Flores, Carolina Segura and David de la Garza. He has given conferences in various Mexican Universities and in the US. In 2018 he is incorporated into the teaching team at Taller Vertical in Tec de Monterrey and in 2019 he works with Pablo Landa on the Architecture Guide for the city of Monterrey published by Arquine. He currently continues to work and research projects with the studio based in Monterrey.
