Ronald Janssen considers every phase in a design and building process of similar importance. According to him the process of designing is never finished. In line with that thought meetings at the building site are as important to him as the first design ideas. According to this stance, the design and building process is not linear; it is chaotic. Therefore it requires a balance between concentration, in order to make the right decisions at the right time, and relaxation, in order to be sensitive for positive influences from other participants in the design process.
