Pondy Biennale

The intent of the thesis is to transform Pondicherry into a Biennale precinct and thereby, promoting cultural exchange & global connectedness by leveraging its heritage, cultural, spiritual & physical advantages. This can help youngsters gain experience in working for a professional art organization, which, in turn, can benefit the industry from the skills.
