CELLS OVER THE PARKING LOT

This project is designed to resolve the problem of limited resource students in the world. The cells will be installed over the parking lots of the universities. This will be has the universal access during its whole lifespan. Its scale will be bigger with time, connecting since the buildings to the societies.
