"A closed city can be designed and operated from the top down; it's a city that belongs to the owners. An open city is a place from the bottom up; it belongs to the people." This proposal explores a design methodology that works based on a combination of principles including biology, computation, urban design. It explores a non-humanistic view of urbanism.
