one:sixteen is named after the golden coffee to water ratio for the tastiest, most flavourful brew of coffee which mirrors the design’s intent to be the perfect ratio of coffee to the community.

Try and come up with a narrative - what does 1:16 mean for the customer? What is you are offering as a concept with the 'perfect ratio of coffee to the community'? Once you are clear on your concept you can design a space with is an execution of the narrative.
