I would love to live in this house in the future! Maybe eco materials and sustainability could have been touched on. Will people live in such a large home in the future?

Respected ma'am, • Houses in the future don't necessarily need to be this spacious. We have made this house keeping in mind the individuals who will be staying here and their desire for a calm, serene and open space away from the chaotic, tightly packed urban settings that we imagine the future will hold. •Since the house is north facing, we have placed windows to allow north light in throughout the day. •We have provided lounges (one containing the stairwell, the other is open) as a means to provide more air circulation and natural light in the house and basement floor. •This house is placed on the windward side enabling good air ventilation and this way the house relies less on artificial ventilation. •The lean nature of the floor plans promote cross ventilation.
