The connection and immersion in water makes this concept interesting, although the overall shape seems a bit strange to the site with its resemblance to a coral reef. The use of hydroelectric power is a good idea, but the project does not harvest the true qualities of the water in use or esthetics. The descriptions makes the presentation easy to understand, though some of the illustrations are hard to read. The spatial programming appears to be defined by the shape more than use and interaction.
